How it works

A customer calls the florist. If no one picks up, the receptionist answers in a warm, natural voice.
It answers questions from the shop's own information and takes the order request: arrangement, date, delivery address and card message.
The owner gets a text and approves or declines. The customer hears back only after the shop decides.

Text messages and privacy

Calls are answered by an automated assistant and recorded so orders are taken correctly. Callers are told this at the start of every call.

Text messages are sent only about an order request the caller placed (for example, "we received your request" and "the shop confirmed your order"), and only to callers who agreed to receive them. Shop owners receive texts about new order requests for their shop. We do not send marketing texts.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates may apply. Personal information is used only to handle the order request and is not sold or shared for marketing.

Status

We are currently piloting the service with florists in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area. Florists interested in a demonstration can reach us through our business contact channels.
